Earth Bound Homes is a residential "green" building contractor that builds energy and resource efficient new custom homes and performs renovations (remodeling and additions) on existing homes.
Our motto is "Improving your home without exploiting the environment" and our environmental program forms the basis for and is integral to, our business model.
All design and construction as well as company business decisions are made with consideration for environmental consequences.
 We believe that "green building" starts with intelligent design and ends with a home that is healthy and socially responsible by being beautiful, durable, functional, and resource/energy efficient. We are dedicated to providing these attributes to our customers to the extent practically and economically possible. Our designs and projects routinely beat the most stringent energy efficiency codes in the nation, California's Title 24, by 35% - 45%. |
